Claim Approved After Initial Denial

This project began with a storm damage claim that was initially denied by the insurance company. With Homestead Remodeling & Construction’s expertise, we guided the homeowner through the appeals process and successfully got the claim approved.

Not only were we able to secure coverage for the roof replacement, but we also demonstrated that the existing roof decking did not meet current building code. As a result, the insurance company approved all new decking — saving the homeowner thousands of dollars and ensuring their home is safer and up to code.
