  • Custom client portal to coordinate project

  • Set budget allowances for finishes and coordinate selections

Finalize Plans and Construction Agreement

  • Conduct site visit to verify buildability

  • Solicit / review bids from vendors and trade partners

  • Prepare draft construction drawings for permitting

  • Sign agreement with final specifications and pricing terms

Confirm Design and Material Selections

  • Develop itemized shopping list & track selections

  • Facilitate selection of colors, finishes, and design features

  • Final design decisions to authorize vendors and trade partners

AFTER Construction Ends

  • Deliver warranty and information packet
