Homestead is fully licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Residential General Contractor and complies with all state requirements for public liability insurance and workers’ compensation.
The trade partners with which Homestead works are all required to carry liability insurance and the necessary licenses for their trades.
Additionally, Homestead stays up to date with evolving licensing requirements at both the federal and state level, including certification requirements for removal of lead paint imposed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency in 2010.
