FEATURED PROJECT

SERVING ST PAUL, MINNEAPOLIS, MENDOTA HEIGHTS, AND THE SURROUNDING METRO AREA
Kitchen Transformation in a 1910 Macalester - Groveland Home

Overview

This project was completed for a repeat client, following an earlier extensive renovation that also required the specialized expertise of working in older homes.
In this 1910 Macalester-Groveland kitchen, the homeowners wanted a modern, open, and functional space that respected the historic character of their house.
We removed cramped eating areas, improved natural light with new window openings and a backyard door, and added a compact mudroom and island. Custom locally built cabinets and recreated 1910 trim details brought craftsmanship and authenticity back into the home.
